Congratulations!
JRCS became a film set on Tuesday 2nd and Wednesday 3rd June! Our Film Enterprise winners had the opportunity to film and star in Chinwuba’s masterpiece “Negate Tranquility”.
With a massive thank you to Miss Willis and Miss Thomas for their starring roles and to Miss Muhidin and Mrs Patel for their help and support. Professional sound technicians, producers and cinematographers came to JRCS to do the shoot and then on Thursday the crew went off site to the film studios in Dagenham East, Eastbrook Studios, to film in the same location used for Stranger Things!
Ms Harland said “it was some of the most busy and hectic few days of my teaching career, but the logistics and planning was worth it to see how professional and exciting the whole event was. I am so proud of all the students involved.” The red carpet premiere will be held at The Lumiere Cinema in Romford in July.
