If you are worried about exam stress, or how to support your child with their exams, please see this useful video from our Mental Health Support Team:
In our constantly changing world we have learnt about the importance of looking after ourselves, to do so, we must take part of all elements of our lives. This includes our physical health alongside our mental health. Here at JRCS we want you to feel your absolute best so that you can thrive and tackle life’s challenges with confidence, in order to do this, we want you to have a voice and a value here and know when and where to get help when you need it.
As part of our holistic approach to supporting wellbeing at JRCS we are busy working on plans to provide more opportunities for everyone in our community to reflect, understand and respond to their wellbeing. So far, we have a wellbeing room where we hold all our mentoring and counselling sessions and a wellbeing garden to give more fresh air to our initiative for healthier minds.
Importantly, we have started some amazing work with our in-school Mental Health Support Team and we have loved welcoming them into our school community.
