In 2020 we learnt more than ever the importance of looking after ourselves, not only our physical health but our wellbeing too. Here at JRCS we want you to feel your absolute best so that we can all be ready to thrive and tackle life’s challenges together.
As part of our holistic approach to supporting wellbeing at JRCS we are busy working on plans to provide more opportunities for everyone in our community to reflect, understand and respond to their wellbeing. So far, we have a wellbeing room where we hold all our mentoring and counselling sessions and a wellbeing garden to give more fresh air to our initiative for healthier minds.
