16 Mar Coronavirus: Castle Green Nursery Update
A letter to all Parents and Careers of children and young people attending Jo Richardson School and Castle Green Nursery, and staff on both sites
To: All Parents and Careers of children and young people attending Jo Richardson School and Castle Green Nursery, and staff on both sites.
Today we have heard that an adult associated with the Castle Green Nursery has been diagnosed with the Coronavirus (COVID-19). The patient is not a member of staff at either the nursery or the school.
As yet, this case is unconfirmed by the Coronavirus Response Cell. This may however, be due to a lag in reporting. No one with connections to the person is now attending the nursery.
As a matter of routine hygiene the nursery site was deep cleaned on Saturday 14th March.
No one else in the setting has reported any symptoms of the virus. The Nursery is following the Government’s guidelines with regard to children attending and hygiene on site.
Please check this website where we will keep parents and staff updated on all developments regarding Coronavirus on the Castle Green/ Jo Richardson site
