Bubble Tea
This week in Wellbeing Club we treated ourselves to homemade Bubble Tea. We used a traditional Taiwanese recipe using tea, milk and tapioca pearls (or ‘boba’). We used sugar and caramel syrup to sweeten the tea and accidentally experimented with adding salt when Ms Hunt opened the wrong box! Having a tea break, trying something new and being creative in the kitchen are all excellent self-care strategies that can boost our wellbeing.
Wellbeing Club is every Tuesday after school. If you would like to join us next week, please contact me.
