Parental Appointments

At JRCS, we have a commitment to strong and clear lines of communication with all our parents.  This means that all concerns raised by parents will be responded to by an appropriate member of staff within a 24 hour period.  If the issue raised is either an emergency or requires an immediate response, this will of course be dealt with straight away.

However, parents who arrive at reception without an appointment with a member of staff will be asked to register their concern at reception and they will receive a response as soon as possible. Anyone who does not have a meeting time arranged should not expect to be able to meet with the member of staff with whom they wish to speak.  This system will ensure that all parents will have the opportunity to meet with the appropriate member of staff, at the appropriate time, in order to find a solution to any problems that have arisen.
