Trewern 2025 – Day 2

We had an excellent day 2 caving and gorge walking. Our cavers faced their fears and managed to do the letter box! They showed great strength

They said it was really fun and they enjoyed pushing themselves out of their comfort zone.

Before gorge walking the students got an exciting opportunity to see the lambs and were able to feed them and learn about the process. We met a lamb that had just been born this morning! They were even able to taste some fresh apple juice made on the farm., which the students loved.

Our third group practiced making a fire and visited Hay-on-wye. They visited hay castle and experienced the range of book shops in the town centre. They had an amazing time learning new skills and shown great resilience with the fire starting.
