Well done!
Last week we launched the weekly wellbeing club again. This runs on Thursdays from 3:05pm-3:45pm in the mentoring hub office. The club is open to all ages and encourages attendees to engage in a range of activities that are all about self-care.
The activities can range from puzzling to colouring, discussions to writing, walking to gardening – there is no limit to what we might try to better learn to take care of ourselves.
Our first week was very well attended and, as you can see from the photos, there were a range of activities going on. We look forward to welcoming more students along to the club and getting creative!
