Currently Year 13 BTEC Business students are doing work based tasks in school to gain some additional vocational experience for their course and to prepare them for the next steps in the real world.

As part of this assessment, they planned, created, and ran some team building workshops for the Year 10 students who were in school during work experience week.

Team building activities included quizzes, tower of power, desert island survival as well as reflection time on the role students play when they are part of a team.
