The Year 8 netball team attended the Secondary Borough Netball Rally on Tuesday 8^th March at Barking Abbey.  We didn’t start so well and lost the first match 4-1 to Robert Clack, however, we won the second match against Barking Abbey and drew our final match 1-1 against All Saints.  This placed us in joint 2^nd place in the pool but we sadly missed out on a semi-final spot due to goal difference.  The girls have had a successful season and I have been impressed with their commitment throughout the year.  I would also like to thank Joana Balla and Nojus Raudzius for their support on the day in their Sports and Dance Council role.  The Barking Abbey staff were hugely impressed with their work ethic and said they were a credit to our school.
