Borneo Day 14 – Transfers Day

Today was a very early start, everyone had to be awake at 5am with just enough time to pack the last bits and pieces. We then headed out from the “Fat Rhino” hostel across the road to a waiting trio of mini-buses. They took us to the bus station in Inaman where we were to catch the bus towards Sandacan.

We bought some snacks and then started on our 6 hour bus journey. On the way we had both Malaysian movies and music to entertain us! We got off at Sapilok and contacted our resort who came out to pick us up and take us back to the resort.

We had a good lunch, checked into our rooms and then made our way to the pool where we had fun for hours!

Once changed we met for dinner which was all round good. I had Sepilok Special Prawns. After debrief we then relaxed and turned in to bed… with hopes for a good day tomorrow… Orangutans sanctuary and River Cruise.
